1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be either:

A current college student,

A future college student (high school junior/senior or admitted to a college), or

A parent of a current or future college student.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, and family members of The College Success Coach are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements.
3. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepteduntil Monday, September 29th at 11:59pm CT. All entries must be received by the end date and time.
4. How to Enter
The required method of entry is completing the entry form at https://bit.ly/csc-ipad with accurate information (name, email, phone number, Instagram handle, student/parent status, and consent).

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive an Apple iPad Wi-Fi 128GB – Silver with an Approximate Retail Value of $349. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. The College Success Coach reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

Drawing will occur on Tuesday, September 30th.

The provisional winner will be notified via phone, email, and/or Instagram direct message within 72 hours of the drawing.

The winner must provide proof of eligibility (such as a student ID, class schedule, .edu email, or college acceptance letter; or, for parents, their student’s name and school/grad year). If eligibility cannot be verified, a new winner will be drawn.

If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 72 hours, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another entrant.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering this giveaway, you grant The College Success Coach permission to use your name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Terms & Conditions
The College Success Coach reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the giveaway.
